Shawn M. Stack, CPA/ABV, MBA
Founder & Principal of the firm.

A St. Bonaventure University Graduate, Shawn provides a full range of services to the firm’s clients. His diversified background in accounting, auditing, taxation, finance, business planning, turnaround consulting and business valuation places him in a unique position to provide a comprehensive range of services to his clients.

Mr. Stack spent the early years of his career working with one of the leading national auditing and non-profit experts in the New York City area. After his tenure with that firm, he pursued his graduate work at St. Bonaventure University and following his graduation with his Master’s of Business Administration degree at the top of his class, he returned to the New York City area to work with a regional public accounting firm based out of the New York and Miami regions. Through his work with this firm in areas including auditing, taxation, litigation support, estate and trust administration, business valuation, turnaround consulting and business planning Mr. Stack was promoted to Manager.

Shawn has also served as an interim controller and CFO to several small and medium-sized businesses, and has experience working with the investment banking firm of Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. Through his unique experience in both public and private accounting, Mr. Stack is uniquely qualified to provide small and medium-sized businesses with comprehensive accounting, audit, tax and business management solutions.

Mr. Stack’s professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In 2006, Shawn’s work in the business valuation area was recognized by the AICPA by bestowing the credential of Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) upon him. Mr. Stack also participates in several community organizations including Kiawannis International and St. Paul’s Church.
